In accordance with a 10-year MIT-Cortico Cooperation Agreement, Cortico employees will have the opportunity to collaborate with researchers and technologists at MIT’s Center for Constructive Communication on joint projects.

Discretionary Paid Leave
Employees are eligible for a discretionary paid leave (similar to a sabbatical) of up to three months after every seven years of full-time employment.

Employees are eligible to spend up to $2,000 per year on learning initiatives from attending conferences, buying books, or taking classes.
