Introduction
Solutions Insights Lab, part of the Solutions Journalism Network, is leading a project to reveal the keys to successful social progress. Using Cortico’s platform, the Lab is transcribing interviews with leaders from some of the world’s most impactful social change organizations, unearthing and documenting solutions in social development.
Challenge: Preserving Critical Conversations
The Lab has gathered an extensive database of interviews with social change-makers, many of whom have been awarded by the Skoll Foundation or have participated in the Skoll World Forum. These interviews illuminate the experiences of social change organizations, focusing on what’s working and—just as importantly—what’s not. Faced with the challenge of efficiently transcribing and documenting these growing collections of conversations, Solutions Insights Lab turned to Cortico.
