Cortico, in collaboration with MIT’s Center for Constructive Communication, partners with communities like yours to turn shared listening into meaningful action. Together with more than 275 organizations, we’re building a growing community of people who listen, care, connect, and create change.

Cortico helps your community — your neighborhood, your school, your workplace — harness the power of small-group conversations to listen and understand what people really have to say.

Here’s how it works:
Talk

Start with a good conversation. Gather a small group to share personal stories and experiences. Each conversation is recorded, with transcripts generated automatically to enable the steps that follow.

Understand

Cortico’s tools allow you to surface patterns across conversations through sensemaking – a systematic listening process led by people and supported by AI tools.

Share

Share media outputs that incorporate real voices and data-driven insights to build understanding grounded in listening.
